When does the 3-day free trial begin?
The 72-hour trial begins when you activate it after email verification and restaurant setup. No payment card is required.
Do I need new hardware?
Restiqo runs in a modern web browser. Printer and device compatibility depends on the equipment and setup you choose.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The POS is designed to keep billing on the device during an interruption and sync queued changes after connectivity returns.
Does Restiqo connect automatically to delivery aggregators?
No. Delivery-app aggregator connections are future work. Restiqo currently supports its own website and table QR ordering flow.
What does a plan include?
